Jessica C. Seale is an attorney at Yorsch Law Group.  She represents individuals and businesses in residential and commercial real estate transactions with a focus in tax sales matters – including suits to quiet or confirm tax title, actions to annul tax sale deed, and purchase/sale/refinance of municipally owned adjudicated property.  Ms. Seale also works with clients in matters involving title insurance for distressed properties, possession and ownership disputes, mortgage foreclosure, property value analysis, sales and contracts, construction contracts and disputes, land development, condominium creation and conversions, and land use and zoning matters.  Ms. Seale’s extensive experience in virtually all facets of real estate enables her to provide a very unique service to her clients that is “cradle to grave” of all real estate related matters, both simple and complex.

Ms. Seale earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2007 where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing in 2001 from the University of New Orleans.  She is a lifelong resident of the New Orleans area and graduated from St. Mary’s Dominican High School.  Ms. Seale is currently licensed to practice law before all Louisiana state courts.
